Do you collect sales tax?

As a business located in the State of Maryland we are required to collect sales tax on any order shipped to a Maryland address.

Is my online transaction secure?

All credit card and financial transactions that occur at the TeesForChange.com website are completely secure. We use Authorize.net, a leading credit card processor, to ensure the security of all credit card transactions. All transactions use the latest encryption technologies.

Do I need to set up an account to order online?

An account is not required to place an order.  You can check out as a guest.  Signing up for an account allows you to log in and view your package tracking information after you receive notification that your order has shipped.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We ship all in-stock item orders within two business days via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground. Orders received over the weekend or outside traditional business hours will be processed the next business day. Once we ship your order, you will receive a notification email.  All US orders should arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date. Please see our Shipping section for more information on Canadian and international orders.

How can I get the tracking number for my shipment?

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you when your order has shipped.  We do not have the ability to place the tracking number in the email.   The email will include a link to the log in screen. If you signed up for an account, log in, go to View Order Status and then click on View Order details.  On the bottom of the order details page, you will find the tracking number for the shipping method used.

When will my backorder arrive?

We will notify you if an item you ordered is not currently in stock. At that time, we will be able to give you an estimated shipping date. We will not charge you a separate shipping fee for any backordered items.

What is the best way to care for the tees?

For optimum care of your shirts, we recommend you wash them in cold water and tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Our shirts are pre-shrunk (unless noted otherwise), so they will not shrink when washed.

I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

When you are ready to check out, simply follow the checkout prompts until you see the box labeled REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE OR COUPON field. Enter your code and hit apply. You'll then see the coupon code applied to your order. Percentage based voucher codes do not apply to shipping costs.

Some coupons are only valid on our tees. Please read the information that came with your voucher code carefully. We cannot be responsible for errors in voucher code information on partners' sites.
